Associate Professor Peerasak Chaiprasart who has a life-long experience in postharvest research on fruits and vegetables, both at the fundamental as well as applied levels. His main focus is on quality of fruits and vegetables in the distribution chain and on technological developments to improve quality and shelf life of fresh produce. He also teaches “postharvest technology and management of Horticultural crops” in Bachelor, Master and Ph.D degree level. Assoc Prof. Dr. Peerasak Chaiprasart is working as a Lecturer at Faculty of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment, Naresuan University, Thailand

Mohammed Kuddus

Prof. Mohammed Kuddus has completed his PhD in Enzyme Biotechnology from SHUATS, India. At present, he is working as a Professor and Chairman of Biochemistry Department at College of Medicine, University of Hail, Saudi Arabia. Prof. Kuddus’s main research area includes Enzymology, Microbial biotechnology and Global health. He has published more than 100 research articles in reputed international journals along with 17 books and 27 book chapters; and presented more than 50 abstracts in national/international conference/symposia. He has been awarded Young Scientist Projects from Department of Science and Technology, India and International Foundation for Science, Sweden. Also, listed in Stanford University World's Top 2% Scientists (2023).

Lazhar ZOURGUI

Doctor Lazhar Zourgui, is Full professor in Gabes university Tunisia, set up a research team "Macromolecular and genetic biochemistry" at the University of Gafsa from 2005 to 2012, then he created a research laboratory at the University of Gabes, whom he has directed since 2014. Born August 01, 1956, in Bir lahmar-Tunisia, graduated with a PHD in Biochemistry in 1984 at the University of Bordeaux- France, and a Doctorat of Science in Biochemistry and molecular biology in 1988 at the University of Tunis-Tunisia. In 1987 to the present day, Professor Zourgui has ensured his role as a teacher and researcher in various universities, starting with the Paris-Sud University in Orsay, being a lecturer in 1987, at the Faculty of Medicine of Tripoli-Libya, as associate professor (1988- 2000), then he joined the University of Gafsa at the Faculty of Sciences of Gafsa-Tunisia, before moving to the Higher Institute of Applied Biology of Medenine at the University of Gabes –Tunisia. During all these years, Professor zourgui has been able to ensure several administrative tasks such as, head of department of Genie biology, master's coordinator, vice-dean of the faculty of sciences of Gafsa,director of the higher institute of applied biology of Medenine- Tunisia.
